Day 87 Package Bombs

So many times we make a choice based on nothing at all. We assume something or we take a chance or we talk ourselves into something or we believe what someone else says. All too often that choice is not a good choice. We choose to believe something with no basis in fact at all, with no foundation, with no real information at all. We let that thing become our reality by choosing to believe in it. It is amazing how sloppily we choose our beliefs and let those beliefs create our reality. A simple distaste for something, a quick decision about how we feel about something, an experience that we didn’t enjoy one time, basically a shot in the dark creates our reality and forms our experiences. How can we be so cavalier with our lives? Is it any wonder that people have dis- ease?

Wouldn’t it be better to not choose anything at all rather than to choose something you know nothing about? Why do we always pick up those mystery packages along our paths? Are we so dissatisfied with what we already have? Yes we are! For most of us, any other package seems more appealing then not having a package at all. We want things. We want diversions and toys and mystery trains and surprises. And what causes this? Desire, dissatisfaction with what we have. After all, what we have now is most likely the result of making choices based on nothing as well. So we go from bad choice to bad choice all our lives. No wonder we have dis-ease.

So how can we end this dis-ease and have a life that does benefit us? By choosing what we believe very carefully. We need to investigate things more thoroughly. We need to consider all choices and their ramifications before we make a choice. We need to be more conscious of what we are doing.  If we have to take days or weeks to understand a situation in order to make a good choice, then take that time because that choice is going to create your reality, maybe even for a long time to come. That package may be a bomb. How are you going to know? By perceiving it. By using your outer and inner senses to perceive that package until you do know what it is. And if you cannot figure out what it is then I suggest you don’t pick it up. Better to walk past fifty pretty packages and not take any of them rather than to pick up one bomb.

Day 78 The Meaning of Aloha

A = AO
L = LOKAHI
O = OIAIO
H = HA'A HA'A
A = ALOHA

As a way of living in harmony with yourself and the whole world. Grab your surfboard and take a ride now.
A = AO Light - i, the light of the sun shining down on the islands and on you. In ancient terms the A in Aloha are about awareness: awareness of our place in nature, our loving relationships with our fellow brothers and sisters, our interconnectedness in this web of life. When you have the spirit of Aloha you are like a child in the playgound of love, fully in the moment, fully present to all the goodness and blessings, beauty and joy around you. Paddle out in the beautiful sunlight and get ready for a great wave to come up behind you. Be watching for it as you get a tan with your fellow surfers. You have to be aware!

L = LOKAHI  Oneness. Being in the wave, riding it along with everything else in the wave. The unity of everything and your part in this unity. You can feel this unity on the islands so very strongly. It requires and openess and honesty that children are so famous for. Speaking your truth and respecting the truth of all brings this unity to the forefront. You are moving in this wave and letting it propel you towards the shore lined with palm trees. You can ride freely when you are one with this wave.
O = OIAIO I'O = Truth. Feeling the energy of the wave as strong and true. Recognizing this energy of nature's truth we can learn from it and how to use it in our own lives. There is an honesty that pervades the islands. You can't live there long without facing your own deceptions and dealing with them. This is the spirit of aloha, being truthful with yourself. Do you think you have no power? Do you believe that you can't change your life for the better? Come into this wave of nature, into the territory of Madame Pele and feel truth all around you. It is bound to show you what you can really do if you choose. You ride in your truth and you are better at it than you thought!
H = HA'A HA'A = Humility. And as we ride this great Hawaiian wave of power how can we not feel humble in the immense force pushing our sufrboards towards the shore! We are just little things in this incredible wave of life, love and abundance!

A = ALOHA Absolute, true love. That beautiful touch of Divine essence permanently installed in each one us.

Day 75 Personal Power

What does personal power have to do with this? Everything. Who do you give your power to? When you give in to someone else's wishes, desires or demands, when you allow someone else to control you in any way, when you say, feed me, heal me, support me emotionally, mentally or physically. You are giving your power away.
Some people find it easier to give their power away than to own their own power. It may feel easier to say feed me, heal me, support me than to do it yourself. Heck, most people do this. And so we have codependency and unhappy relationships. The truth is, no one can feed you, heal you or support you in the manner that you can for yourself. Why? Because no one loves you as much as you love yourself. And that is the way it should be. You know the commandment "Love the Lord Thy God with all thy heart and love others as you love yourself"? You are supposed to love yourself at least as much as you love others. But we don't love ourselves very much do we! In fact we love everybody else far more than we love ourselves. And because we don't love ourselves very much we let other people take over where we should be in control. We feed the needs and desires of other people and put our own on the back burner. And after a while we start to resent those people we are feeding because we are starving and we think that it is their fault. But it is not their fault.
Everyone is out there trying to get the best for themselves. Your kids are looking out for themselves. Your husband is trying to get what he needs. Your parents are trying to get what they need. And instead of you trying to get what you need, you are out there giving everybody what they need, what they ask for, what they desire. Guess what. They will get what they need whether you are the giver or not. The point is, who is getting you what you want?
If you need healing, you will find the very best and easiest to get healing, right inside you. If you need love, the very greatest and freest love is right inside you. If you need support, you can support yourself. If you need food, you know how to work for food. When you understand that loving yourself and caring for yourself is the only job you have, your life suddenly, and I do mean suddenly, becomes a joy to live! You are not responsible for Mom and Dad and Junior and hubby. You are only responsible for you! So much easier! And then you can start to really love yourself, to be kind to yourself, to care for your needs, your desires, your wishes. Believe me, no one else can really do it for you. They can try and you can ask but no one can do it like you can. And don't worry about hubby and junior. They will continue to take care of themselves. They may beg or plead because you turned off your easy access faucet but they will either turn on their own ever present Source and do it for themselves or they will find someone else they can leech off. They don't need to leech off you. It is not good for them anyway. They need to learn to love themselves too.
You know, this life is short. I would hate to see you leave without learning that you can love yourself and give yourself everything you need to be happy, absolutely joyous. Wouldn't you like to try it once before you go? Isn't that perhaps the lesson you are here to learn, the thing you came here to experience? Loving yourself

Day 71 A Healing Release Visualization For You to Try

It is a holy time in your life today. Let’s take the time to relish in this holiness right now for a few minutes. Just imagine that you are going to visit a huge cathedral, a place of holiness. Picture yourself walking into the big darkened cathedral when no one else is there. The doors are huge and solid and move slowly like old men, You peer into the darkness and first are greeted by the stained glass windows shining a rainbow of color on the darkened pews. You peer into the distance and see the white cloth on the alter and the white lilies in vases gracing the altar behind. You move up the huge empty aisle and find a place to sit in one of the massive wooden ornately carved pews.

It smells like a heavy incense, perhaps frankincense, left over from a ceremony earlier in the day. The sun is bright outside but the cathedral is dark except for the windows brightly shining down from above. There are 10 windows on each side of the church along the pews working back from the altar. You take the time to look at the windows, to make out the scenes and the people represented there. What do you see?

The organist has arrived in the loft and begins to practice the music for next Sunday. She plays in soft notes and obviously knows the music well enough to not need a practice. Perhaps she is playing just for you. Can you hear the music? Can you make out the hymn she is playing?

Again you smell the incense and wish that there were more. You would like someone to light some more as it barely touches your nose but smells so sweet!

You look again at the altar, white linen and white lilies all around in beautiful golden urns. There is a cross there but without a figure of Christ on it. It is a symbol of the resurrection rather than of the crucifixion. A symbol of hope and peace and you remember the story of Christ’s resurrection and the women who were shocked when his body was not found. Was it true? Was it a story?

You look up above the altar and see a beautiful large round stained glass window with a picture of a descending dove on it! It is gorgeous and the dove fills this 12 foot in diameter stained glass artwork with colors of white and blue and gold. The white and blue shower down on the altar and now you see the myriad of colors present on the white linen tablecloth.

I invite you now to release something in your life; something that may have been hanging over you, dragging you down; something you are still holding on to and really don't know why; something from your past that you can't seem to forge; some responsibility that you should not be yours but that you have accepted for too long now; even a negative judgment that you know is not true.

Find that paper lying on the pew next to you. It is an offering envelope and there is a pencil there by it. It says "Make an offering. $1.00, $5.00, $10.00. Other"

Under “other” write your intention, write what you want to release. Take just a moment and write that down now. Read that intention back to yourself out loud.

Now get up from the pew and walk all the way down the huge long aisle to the altar. As you walk, it reminds you a wedding, a bride walking towards her groom. What an awesome church to have a wedding in! Very impressive indeed! There is no one watching you, no one around, just you and the organist practicing, unaware of your presence.

Walk up the three steps to the altar table and lay your offering envelope down there. Stop for a moment to think about what you are doing. Ask Spirit to take this offering, to release this issue, give it to God, to Spirit, to the Universe, to the One, to the I Am That I AM. Give it away.

Feel the release. See the lilies there in the golden vase right beside you on either side of the altar? Take a lily. Pick one out of the vase and fell the long green stem and the smooth whiteness and put it to your nose and breath in the smell of Easter, the smell of spring, the smell of release and newness. Take it with you as you return to your seat.

Look again at the altar in the distance; in the darkness; in the light of the stained glass picture of the dove descending. You can't see your paper on the altar from here. It is gone.

Feel the release. Feel the lightness of being that surrounds you. A smile creeps over your lips. You don't know why you are smiling but you are. You can't help it. Say goodbye to the descending dove. Walk out through the big heavy wooden doors.

At first it is hard to see due to the strong sunshine of the day. But then you can see the steps leading down into the street and the people walking by on their way to work or school or home. Go join them in your day, your life.

All Blessings are yours!

Day 55 Sleuthing Out Your Beliefs

It is those beliefs that we are not consciously aware of that create suffering in our lives. We do things because we believe things and we are not even aware that we are believing those things. So those are the beliefs I want you to become aware of so that you can choose whether you wish to have them in your life or not. They are mostly the ones we believe unconsciously, we were trained to believe, we live them without really paying any attention to them. And the way to find them is to observe your thoughts words and actions and ask yourself repeatedly, now why did I choose to do that? Why did I choose to say that? Why did I choose to think that? Find that underlying belief that made you make that choice and write it down and share it with me.  We can work to find good benefitting beliefs for you for FREE. shaman@shamanelder.com

Day 53 Create your own Reality

Aho! I am using an analogy this morning to explain this teaching to you. We are walking through a forest. We created this forest with our beliefs. It is unique to us and not like anyone else's forest. No one else can walk in our own forest, only us.  Everything that is beautiful here we created with our beliefs and perceptions and past experiences. And everything dark and scary here we also created with our beliefs, perceptions and traumas and experiences.
With each step we take we can perceive something new. We can become the observer and see the glistening of the leaf or hear the whippoorwill if we can just observe. WE can see things that we could not see yesterday because we are doing the work to open our selves up to perceiving new things, the point of lesson one. There are said to be 1.5 billion possible perceptions in a life time and the normal human perceives only 1,500 ways. So awareness and letting things show YOU what they are, learning to use your inner senses so that you can perceive more, is all part of sensing this forest and knowing where it is you are walking!
Up ahead off in the distance is a meadow, also of your own creation. You know you want to get to that meadow. You know it exists but you have not been there yet. This path will lead you there. You cannot just teleport yourself there, you cannot wait sitting down on your path for some eagle to pick you up and fly you there. You have to walk step by step along your path.
If you just sit down there, you will get no where and will be stuck in the same place looking at the same old things forever. No changes, just the same old problems and circumstances. But if you walk you take a journey and see new things and have new experiences and create new things with each thought. If you run into a tree you can step back, rub your booboo and see the Light coming from the meadow off in the distance. Let that Light remind you  what your goal is and dust yourself off and keep walking. You created this forest and you can make it even more beautiful by thinking positive thoughts and feeling gratitude and loving all the things in the forest you created. You can choose more benefiting beliefs and walk with those to create even more beautiful trees and let your life experience be more full and beautiful as you walk by choosing these new beliefs. You can eliminate the dark shadows by letting go of old memories you no longer need, old worries, old non benefiting beliefs. Trimming the trees as you go to let more sunshine in!
This is a path and the only way to walk it is to experience it. It is not a mental game. It is a 4 body experience. I want to help you walk your forest in joy and peace and light and to really have this full experience because we only get to walk through this forest one time. I want to help you find your way to the meadow beyond.

Day 50 My After Death Experience

I was pronounced dead on a Sunday night in a little country hospital that could not do what was needed to save me. When I died  I was suddenly aware of everything that I had done in this world. Every person I had interacted with, what I said, what they said to me and more importantly the reason why things were the way they were. I saw the reason for my mother being angry at me when I was six and didn't understand her. I saw the reason why I had become what I had become and why things had happened to me that at the time made no sense at all. It was not heaven or hell. It was instant knowing. It was the big AAAHHH! Now I understand! I also saw all those people whom I had hurt by my own misunderstanding or impatience. Not as a judgment upon me but just to show me where I went wrong and why.
I teach this now to hospice patients. And I teach them that if they have an issue that is not settled, that they should put it to rest. So many things happen to us that we do not really understand at the time. it is better to let go of those things. You will understand them someday.
I think this is a good thing to know. That when people pass on they become enlightened as to the events of their life and their affect on your life. It is a good thing for those who have led good lives. It is yucky for those who have led bad lives.
And you can live your life knowing that someday you will see exactly what went on and you will be responsible for everything you say to others and feel good about all the times you helped someone or brightened someone's day or made a difference or did your best.  What do you think? Leave a comment!

Day 49 Healed But Not Well

We create a defense system around us to block out or control the pain and struggle, the negative stuff, the disability, the demon possessing us whatever the issue is. But when we are healed through Shamanic means we still have that shield around us that prevents anything from changing in our mental emotional and physical bodies. That defense system, that "don't anything change" motion detector alarm system is still in place because you created it and intended it yourself. Until you can begin to turn off the motion alarm and allow the motion of the healing to be recognized, to be felt as a good motion, your alarm system will remain on because you trained yourself for years how to have this alarm system, this defense mechanism, and how to have it on all the time. How is the healing supposed to get through to where you can be aware of it when you have trained yourself into such a defensive posture?

It’s the guy who breaks his leg and gets a cast and has to limp to work every day for 6 weeks and when he gets the cast off he still limps to work every day for the rest of his life. Does he have to? No. Why does he? Because he has trained himself to limp. It is his free will choice. Can he decide not to limp anymore? Yes, will it take some conscious effort to remember not to limp for a while? Yes.

Day 46 Traditional Shamanism as a Career

To be a Shaman is to practice Shamanism 24/7. You cannot be called a Shaman unless you practice it 24/7. It is a way of life, a way of living, a calling, an occupation much like a doctor or priest or Buddhist monk. Remember the old horse doctor with his little black bag who went from house to house bringing healing to the community? He was on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. He was called upon to heal all kinds of things from chicken pox, to difficult childbirth to cancer to broken bones and everything he had to heal with was in that little black bag. This is the life of the Shaman.
The Shaman is available to everyone everywhere she goes, she is always healing, always counseling, living her life as an example to others to show the way to live in peace and health. She carries her medicine bag with a few leaves and stones and feathers and in that bag she has everything she needs to heal broken hearts, help cancer victims, heal chicken pox, whatever kind of healing she is called upon to bring. The healing is not in the black bag anyway is it! Those are just the tools. The healing is carried in the heart and mind of the doctor.
Shamanism is like becoming a doctor or a priest or a Buddhist monk. The ways of living and being are all conditioned by this career path and the true Shaman no longer lives like an ordinary man any more. Any true Shaman you encounter will definitely not be an ordinary man or woman and that will be apparent from the very first moment you meet them.  You will notice that he or she is light hearted, balanced, aware of everything you cannot even perceive, in good health and not physically mentally or emotionally ill at all. The true shaman is a person who has already done the work to heal themselves completely and now has become an example to the world of what true health and love look like by their own example living it. Its not common to meet a true Shaman. In fact it is said there are only about 50 true Shamans left in the world today.

Day 38: What is Shamanic Trance?

Now we are into semantics. Everyone has 50 words for the spiritual world. There is always a miscommunication when it comes to words because what is truly real on the spiritual plane is not easily expressed in English. Did you know that there are 5 spiritual languages as well? Perhaps you have heard someone speaking in tongues one of these spiritual languages. I am sure that they more accurately describe things like possession and channeling than we can in English.

In Shamanic terms: Trance might be the state a shaman enters when he is doing an Inner World journey or connecting to a totem animal. Shamans in South America have an apprentice or helper who sits by his body when he is in trance so that no one mistakes him for being dead and buries him. Good idea! Shamans have been known to stay in this state for weeks.

I know of a Shaman who journeyed to do a healing for a client and while in the Inner Worlds he was distracted, lost his intent and got lost as can happen, inner world beings try to pull you off your intent so they can get you lost and steal your light, chi, energy, grace. He could not find his way back and his body died.
True Shamanic Journeying is not just astral projection or visualization at all. There are only about 50 shamans left in the world today who can truly do a shamanic journey and we are all old and dying out and have spent our whole lives learning how to do this.  That makes sense, too, that it would take a lifetime of practice and study to learn how to do a true traditional shamanic journey.

Day 24: How Much Time Do You Have?

The Yaqui people of Mexico tell us about four things that are enemies of the Shaman and the fourth one is - that by the time we find the knowledge we seek and the empowerment we need, we are too old to do anything with it. And I find that to be true. So how much time do you have? The Yaquis also tell us that death walks by our left side all the time, close enough to reach out and touch us at any moment. Rather than fear what will indeed happen to all of us, the Shaman learns to walk in this knowledge that he may not be here tomorrow. And so he makes all he can out of today. It is called impeccability. Being all you can be, doing all you can do, loving all you can love and walking as far as you can walk each day.

Day 20: Your Beliefs Are Not My Beliefs

I believe what I believe. I believe many things. These beliefs started when I was born. First, my parents gave me beliefs. Don't sleep in your clothes, stay clean, don't crawl out your bedroom window or we will kick your butt. And as I got a bit older they started using fear beliefs so they could control me. If I don't clean my room I will be punished. If I don't do my homework I will not be able to watch TV. So on. And then school gave me beliefs. You must go to school. You must go through 12 grades. And fear beliefs became more prevalent for me. I must get good grades or I will be held back. I must be quiet or I will be sent to the principal's office. I must not pass notes or I will get detention. By the time I finished school almost all my beliefs were given to me by parents, school and religion. Give your money to the church or go to hell. You are a sinful ingrate. But at the same time, we begin to wonder what we really believe. It’s a natural thing to challenge beliefs given to us by others.

Then I got a job. And more beliefs were given to me, very much based on fear. I can't be late or I will lose my job. And culture and government and society gave me fear beliefs as well. Pay your taxes or you will go to jail. Get a car. Get insurance. Get more bills. Pay your bills or go to jail. Wow! Getting a bit overwhelming here! And now you have the picture of Joe America!A whole bunch of beliefs given by other people that are making Joe feel terrible and he isn't even taking the time to look at what he believes and to see if those beliefs are even working for him!

Many sages throughout history have told us that what we believe creates our reality. If we believe that elevators are dangerous, we cannot ride in an elevator. If we believe that we are less than wonderful, then we are less than wonderful. If we believe that old religious belief that we are going to hell, then we are going to hell. We create our reality with what we believe. And if you look at how people live you can actually sometimes see what they believe. Take the homeless person on the street. Look at their reality. They may honestly believe they cannot have a home. And so they don't. You can stop here and think of other examples.
Now each person has their own set of beliefs. And they base their judgments on their beliefs. But that has nothing to do with your belief system.

It is a little microcosm, a person’s beliefs create his or her reality, create his or her judgments, create his or her choices based on beliefs.

Well, that homeless person may be convinced that he cannot have a home but I am not convinced of that. So his belief system does not work for me. And that's OK. That's called the right to choose, free will choice. Even if it is messed up, it is still his free will choice. But what if he told me that I cannot have a home because he believes he can't have a home so no one should have a home. How valid is that judgment for me? Not very valid at all. I don't believe what he believes. And how valid is any judgment he makes about me? Not very valid at all, as he is judging from his own belief system, not mine. And how valid is my judgment of him? Not very valid at all, because I would be judging him based on my beliefs which may or may not be his. So what is the point of judging someone else? There is none. And what is the point of being affected by someone else's judgment of you? None. It is not based on what you believe so it has little to no bearing on you. So relax!

Understand that people walk around within their own microcosm; their own belief system, their own reality. We are like a million unique snowflakes. The good thing is that you can change your reality by changing what you believe.
I can help you eliminate negative beliefs and end the struggle in your life if you want.  I have been doing this work for over 40 years. Just email me at shaman@shamanelder.com

Day 18: How to Use Emotional Energy

Fear is an emotion you know. Emotions are sensory devices to give us input about outside things, just like eyes give us input and ears and noses. We take in all this input and use it to gain knowledge and make good decisions. But we don't necessarily make decisions just based on one kind of sensory input. That would be like: oh, it is dark so I cannot see. But if you wait a moment you can see the stars that you would not have seen if you had just gone with your sensory input that it is dark. We use our sensory input along with our thoughts and memories and knowledge gained.
Our senses do not control us. They are just antennas, feelers. Fear should not control us. it is just a sensation. Weigh it out against other input you have, what you know, and use it as the antenna it is, not the final decision maker in your life!
Emotions do have another purpose. They are the gas behind our intentions. Let’s take an example. Let’s say a man wants to get a job that is being offered to manage a restaurant. He knows he is a good manager and has experience and can do this job. But there is another offer to drive a cab that he has been given. He knows he should manage the restaurant as that is his career. But driving the cab seems so easy.
So he goes to the interview for the restaurant job. Then he goes to the interview for the cab driving job. He fails the restaurant interview and passes the cab driver interview and ends up with something that does not really work for him financially or career wise and that in the end was a poor decision on his part. But what happened?
At the restaurant job he was polite and knowledgeable, answered all their questions and was checking out the restaurant for cleanliness and asking about time off and hours. At the cab driver interview he was animated, excited, interested in this new field  of endeavor, absorbed in learning how to do this job. If he had shown as much enthusiasm at the restaurant interview he would have gotten that job. See how his emotions played for his intent. He had made up his mind that he wanted the cab job. He displayed emotionally his desire with enthusiasm and gusto at the interview and got the job.
It is OK to look at things like this. It is not about judgment but rather introspection, why did I do what I did. What was my motive, what was I intending, what do I want to intend, how do I feel about that intention, how can I express what I feel about my intention. Questions I ask myself all the time. This practice keeps me in tune with what I am trying to do and keeps me doing it the best way I can. Back to being impeccable: If you can't be impeccable with yourself, who can you be impeccable with.

Day 17: The Hunter in the Forest

Here is a truth for you to consider. When you finally see your mission on this earth and you decide to stand up and do it, to shine your light, there will always be those who hate the Light and who will try to put it out. Guaranteed.

I teach you Traditional Shamanism using the allegory of the hunter in the forest. He knows his skills, he uses his power, his awareness, his balance, his good aim, his heightened senses, his patience, his knowledge of game, all his skills to achieve his mission which is to feed his people. And he knows that there is danger in the forest. He knows that if he does not remain aware and balanced he could fall out of the tree and be killed by a bear or moose. The danger is there for all of us. But it is not so dangerous that a skilled and practiced hunter should withhold food from his people because he is afraid of the bear!

The bear is as natural to the forest as the hunter. They both belong in the forest and they both are a danger to each other. Everything has danger. It is dangerous to breathe, all the pollution in the air but more dangerous not to breathe, methinks! LOL!

You saw your mission and agreed to it before you ever set foot on this planet. You saw that you would have all the abilities and tools and opportunities to accomplish this mission. In fact you saw that if you just be impeccable as a human being you have already accomplished this mission, fete accompli! So being born into this mission is like being put into a tree stand in the forest. Be impeccable and you will not fail. Do not fear.

Day 15: Death

I have learned:
Impeccability means doing your best in every way and every day. Impeccability doesn’t mean being perfect, it means working to the best of your ability. An old Yaqui shaman who was my teacher in Mexico taught me that death walks on our left side all the time, close enough to reach out and touch us at any moment. He taught me this not to scare me, but to point out that we don't know how long we have here. We may not have years to find our mission and walk our path. We need to live each day as though it is our last. We need to hug our parents as though we may never hug them again. We need to leave our rooms as clean as we would want them if the mortician was the next one to come in to it. We want to smell the flowers like we may never smell them again. I want to leave my house clean each day in case I never come back here. I keep around me what I need. I don't keep a lot of stuff I don't need. I treat each person I encounter as though I am looking at their spirit and not their body. I salute and honor their higher self even if they are not. Everything I do this day is done with impeccability. I do my very best at mowing the lawn, taking the dog for a walk, grocery shopping, talking to people, studying my spiritual reading, even sleeping impeccably, in other words getting enough rest. I also play and laugh and express joy as though it is the last day I will get this chance to do so. My life is very much joy filled!

When you start living your life impeccably, the very best you can, and you realize that you have no time to waste, and you become aware and balanced so you can reach the higher state of the causal body, and you start dialoguing with your guides and teachers, then Wow! Life suddenly is not the thing you are living right now! Your path becomes known to you. Your purpose becomes clear, You start to walk your path and things just blossom along the way and gifts and real world opportunities are given to you and your efforts are rewarded one hundred fold and you know you have purpose and you receive thanks and money and joy and peace and that inner happiness. My goodness it is all worth it!

This is what I teach in my course, exactly. I teach this because no one else is. I teach this because it is the universal way of the Shaman. I teach these universal truths that all Shamans from all cultures and all times throughout history have known and have practiced in their own lives. This is not some secret recipe! It is just that humans concentrate on being a member of the status quo. And the status quo today is about getting a job, finding a mate and having babies. Not much of a mission is it! And it is indeed not a mission at all. Just the way the status quo live. It is a physical existence and that is all.

The traditional Shaman is all about living in the 100%. I can show you how.

Day 13: Vibrational levels.

If you have one cricket chirping that is the vibrational level of cricket. If you have two crickets chirping it is the same vibrational level but an increase in volume. If you have a field of crickets chirping, it is the same vibrational level, the same energy signature of a cricket but the volume is magnified by thousands. And isn't it great to be surrounded by crickets chirping together in the night! We seek out that sound on a hot summer's night, don't we! It is lovely!

If you have one human being offering love that is the vibrational level of one human being. If you have two human beings offering love that is the same vibrational level but an increase in the volume of love. If you have a city of human beings offering love it is the same vibrational level but the volume of love is magnified by thousands.

Wouldn't it be great to be in a city of thousands of human beings offering love? Wow! We would seek that out wouldn't we!

And that is a community of healers. Yes, anyone is attracted to the volume of love. So I have no higher vibrational level than you or anyone else. But I do offer love. And that attracts people. And when I am around another who also offers love, that attracts people even more. And when there is a community of people offering love it becomes a beacon in the night, a place our hearts would seek out.  And this raises the love volume on the planet. If the whole world were filled with people offering love it would be a different place altogether. So is it our job to be human beings offering love? Yes.

And are some repelled by this sound of love? Only those who don't feel worthy of hearing it. Only those who for some reason believe that they are unworthy of it. And that comes from their own belief system.  No one can change your beliefs but you. You cannot change the belief system of another unless they choose it for themselves. I respect your free will choice to believe as you choose to believe even if that belief does not seem to be benefitting you according to my limited view. I am not walking in your shoes to make any legitimate judgment about your beliefs. Only you can judge you.

Day 11: Impeccability

There is no one out there living your life. So there is no one out there that you should hold up as a measurement of how you are doing. You know in your heart of hearts if you are doing your best. And your best is all you can do each day.
Doing the best you can do each day in every way is impeccability. Am I saying to become a rocket scientist in order to be impeccable? No! We are human and we all have our foibles and faults. We are never going to be perfect so impeccability is not about being perfect. It is about doing the very best we can every minute of every day.
Do I still struggle with impeccability? I don't struggle with it but I am conscious of it. I know when I have been less than impeccable. I choose to be less than impeccable when I am feeling lazy or tired sometimes. Sure. I recognize it is a conscious decision to be impeccable or not. It is my choice and no one will judge me for it. I am the only one who will judge me for doing my best or less than my best. I don't fret over it but I do try to be impeccable as best I can. And as you become impeccable with the big things, you become aware of smaller places where you can be more impeccable, and smaller places and smaller places and you get down into your thoughts and feelings and you try to be impeccable there as well. And this is where impeccability can cause your thoughts of love to manifest immediately. This is where what you think has an impact on what you manifest almost instantly, be it good or bad. Energy doesn't know good or bad. That is a judgment you make. Whatever you think becomes reality, is made manifest. So, then I have to become impeccable with my thoughts.
But it is not a struggle. It is more of an awareness. I give myself room to screw up because I know I am human. It is OK to screw up. But I am responsible for what I think and I will have the consequences of what I think, be it good or bad and probably have those consequences a bit faster than you will only because I have been aware of my own impeccability much longer than you have. So I am saying it is not a judgment game; it is an awareness. And the main cause of impeccability is knowing that what you do and say and think will manifest itself into your reality. If you want abundance, think abundance.
I want to manifest joy, and happiness, and abundance, and freedom and independence and healing into my life. These are my reasons for trying to be impeccable. It is not hard, but it is a minute to minute awareness. And for a healer, the more impeccable is the healer, the more complete is the healing. A healer is only as good as his own life. A drunk healer would not heal as well as a sober healer. A person who has studied herbs will heal with herbs better than a person who only read a book about herbs. So true!
